Your membership dollars provide funds for expanded collections of books and media, up-to-date technology, and great programs that make a real difference to your library and community.

Invest in the Library

Become an On-going Supporter of the Library. Donors can choose to provide financial support for day-to-day services, or invest in the library's long term financial future by contributing to the Endowment Fund, which is administered by the North Carolina Community Foundation. Gifts can be made by completing a Donation Form, available here (pdf), and at the library, and the bookstore.

Donors who give a gift of $1,000 or more can be honored on the Donor Board in the SECU Connector, the main entrance to the library complex. Gifts of $5,000 or more are eligible for a Naming Opportunity within the library complex.

Donate to the Bookstore

Keeping the bookstore stocked, means more selections for visitors and more money for the library. We accept donations year round of:

• Books, including large print books

• Magazines

• CDs and Tapes

• Records

And, of course, shop at the bookstore. We have great bargains and we're open 7 days a week.
